 Identify opportunities, problems or challenges early on in order to design an appropriate solution.

 Co-ordination meetings with relevant team members enabling specification package creation,  includes technical drawings, complete equipment inventory and performance criteria.  

Co-ordinate, support and advise on placement strategy to enable maximum impact to underpin the overarching strategy.   

 Creation of go to market documentation, management of submission process, evaluate the submissions, and produce a report on recommendation.

 On-site installation inspections and coordination, to evaluate workmanship, report on deployment progress, commissioning, testing, defect lists and rectifications.

 User acceptance test plans are reviewed and completed based on original detailed design.  If there are no minor defects, then certification will be issued.   

 Defects liability period on-going performance review to recommend the release of retention payments or to implement corrective actions.
